1. Use of Site
Alila Medical Media provides various materials, animations, information, illustrations, images, quizzes, questions and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Alila Medical Media authorizes each User to use the Materials as follows:
1a. Courses for Students: All the Materials are for your own personal use only.
- All animations are for your own individual watching only. All animations may only be watched on the Site and may NOT be downloaded.
- You are only allowed to download, one copy each, of the “downloadable PDF” and images in the “Free images” sections.
- The PDFs may only be used for the purpose of your own reviewing, no publication in any form is allowed.
- The images may only be used for your own school works, presentations, and dissertations, provided that these works are prepared while you maintain an active subscription to the Site. Once your subscription expired, images that are already part of your works can remain, but you may no longer use the images for any other works or purposes.
- Users will retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials.
- Users may not share the Materials at this Site, or reproduce or distribute them in any way. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
1b. Courses for Teachers:
- Users of Teacher’s Courses are allowed to show the animations to their students in the setting of a physical classroom (no online sharing is allowed). All animations may only be watched on the Site and may NOT be downloaded.
- You are allowed to download the images in the “Free images” sections, and materials that are specifically marked as “downloadable”.
- The downloadable PDFs may be distributed to your students only for the duration of your active subscription on the Site. The PDFs may only be used for reviewing purposes, no publication in any form is allowed.
- The downloadable quiz questions may be used in class/distributed to your students only for the duration of your active subscription on the Site.
- The images may only be used for your own lectures, school works, presentations, and dissertations, provided that these works are prepared during the time of your active subscription to the Site. Once your subscription expired, images that are already part of your works can remain, but you may no longer use the images for any other works or purposes.
- Users will retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials.
- Except for the explicitly allowed uses above, Users may not share the Materials at this Site, or reproduce or distribute them in any way.
- Except for the allowed use in their own lectures, Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. 2. Trademark and Copyright
The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. No Refund
All purchases are final. No refund requests for any courses/products will be entertained.

Alila Medical Media/Alila Academy has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
